Precautions for Operation of Organic fertilizer Disc Granulator

Organic fertilizer granulation equipment: the granulation of mixed fertilizer is an important process of granulation process, it is not only related to the internal and external quality of the product, but also related to the size and cost of production, and the granulation production process in addition to the material and chemical properties of the material itself, but also closely related to the form and mechanical properties of granulation equipment. The main types of Npk fertilizer granulating equipment are disc granulator, drum granulator, biaxial granulator, extrusion granulator and spray granulator and so on.

Matters needing attention when operating disk granulator:

1. Water quantity: control of water content in operation of disc granulator of organic fertilizer equipment. When the disc granulator is running, the skew disk granulator is used. The granulation process requires a high water content, and poor water control can lead to a decrease in granulation speed.

2. Materials: Pay attention to the quality of various materials to ensure that sundry, large and large particles are not mixed into the feed. In addition, they should also pay attention to the temperature of the equipment feed, because if the temperature of the die head is too high, the material can easily break and stick to the die head after starting.

3. Disk inclination: pay attention to the change of disk granulator inclination when operating. The disk granulator has a certain dip Angle. If the inclination changes due to accidents, it will also affect the granulation rate of organic fertilizer particles, and also affect the service life.

4. Body temperature: The operator should also pay attention to the temperature change of the body at any time. During the normal operation of the granulator, the operator should maintain a stable machine temperature, do not let the temperature rise and fall.

5. Speed: When using the disk granulator, in order to ensure that the particles produced are uniform, smooth and complete, attention should be paid to ensure that the feed is uniform and sufficient. The feed speed and feed speed of the equipment should be properly matched to avoid the decline of particle quality and output.
